1.1 To register an account with hbajae, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You are not a current or former employee of hbajae or an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not previously had an account closed by hbajae for breach of these Terms.

1.2 By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. hbajae reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation upon request may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

1.3 hbajae maintains a strict one-account-per-player policy. If it is determined that a player has opened multiple accounts, hbajae reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any bets placed, and withhold any funds accumulated through duplicate accounts. This policy applies regardless of whether different payment methods, email addresses, or device identifiers were used.

• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
• The account is involved in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus abuse;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

2.4 You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Where a closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, hbajae will process the request promptly and without requiring a reason. Where the closure is for other reasons, standard processing timelines apply and any pending withdrawals will be settled prior to closure.

3.1 hbajae strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. If, at any point, hbajae determines or has reason to believe that a registered account holder is under 21 years of age, hbajae will immediately suspend the account and conduct a formal age verification review.

3.2 During any period of age-related suspension, the account holder will not be permitted to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned, less any amounts already staked. Winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will not be paid and shall be forfeited.

5.6 Where hbajae has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, hbajae reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request and to report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6.1 hbajae offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms of each promotion, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates, are published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2 All bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Many disputes can be resolved promptly through this internal process without the need for formal proceedings.

11.3 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint procedure, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before commencing any adversarial legal process.

12.1 hbajae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the platform, which will be reflected in the updated "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document. For material changes that substantially affect player rights or obligations, hbajae will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered contact details held on your account.

12.2 Your continued use of hbajae following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 2.4.
